Hi, I’m Sharon – Your Google Workspace Guide
I’m here to help you get to grips with using Google Workspace in your business in a simple, straightforward, and non-techy way.
I’ve been a virtual assistant since 2010, and I’ve used Google Workspace in my business and for my clients for as long as I can remember. I noticed there was a serious lack of support for the free version of Google Workspace, so I decided to develop resources and courses to help people do more with their Google Workspace accounts.
It’s such a powerful tool with many features that most people don’t even know exist.
Making Google Workspace Work For You
I was so fed up with long, complicated tutorials and wanted to share my knowledge in a fuss-free, simple, and easy-to-understand way, so that’s what I do.
I get a real kick out of making my clients’ lives easier, especially when I see those little light bulb moments when everything suddenly clicks after a one-to-one session or watching one of my video tutorials.
Whether you’re already familiar with all the Google Apps but know there’s more you could do with them, or you’re completely new to Google Workspace, I’m here to help you get the most out of it and set up your workflows in a way that works best for you.

Meet The Team
Sharon – Owner
I’m originally from Leicestershire in the UK, and moved to Ireland back in 2007 where we’re currently living in a farmers cottage in Co Laois. We’re surrounded by cows and countryside and it’s my idea of bliss!
When I’m not at my desk creating tutorials, you’ll find me either walking my dog, Xena, reading about serial killers on my Kindle, out in the garden with my camera, eating copious amounts of chocolate, watching MotoGP, or drinking a glass of red wine!
I guess it depends on the type of day I’m having and whether or not it’s raining :)
Xena – Head of Wellness
We adopted Xena from our local rescue – Cara Rescue Dogs – back in 2015 and she has really grown into her role as my “couldn’t live without” office assistant.
She takes her job as Head of Wellness really seriously, and makes sure I take plenty of regular breaks and get lots of fresh air / exercise.
At 11 years old, she is becoming your typical grumpy old girl and believes in the saying “If you can’t eat it or play with it, then pee on it and walk away” :)
She may decide to grace you with her presence on our Zoom calls, depending on what mood she’s in!
