How to get your Google Calendar agenda emailed to you daily

by Sharon

Do you often forget to check your calendar in the mornings? If so you’re gonna love this quick tip tutorial 🙂 If enabled, Google calendar will send you a list of your events that you have scheduled for that day so you have no excuse for missing meetings anymore! If you prefer to watch the video, scroll to the end of this post for my quick video tutorial 🙂

A couple of things to point out before you start:

  1. The emailed agenda will only include events that you have accepted/confirmed.
  2. If you want agendas sending for multiple calendars, then you will need to repeat the process for every calendar.

First log into your Google calendar account and click on the cog wheel in the top right corner, then click Settings

On the left hand side, go down to the heading Settings for my calendars and click on the name of the calendar that you want to set the daily agenda for…

Click on Other notifications

Next to Daily Agenda, click on the drop down arrow on the right and choose Email

Google will now email your agenda to you every morning at 5am. A sample of the email is below…

I hope you’ve found this helpful – let me know in the comments if you use this feature already, or if you plan to now you know about it 🙂
